In the area of family law, Ms. Terzian has handled contested divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, child neglect and abuse, adoption, and domestic violence matters. In divorce and child custody battles, her professionalism and legal expertise together with compassion and the ability to understand the emotional and psychological issues that are involved assist the client in getting through one of the most devastating events that a person can experience.

Ms. Terzian is also a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and a trained Parenting Coordinator. As parenting coordinator, Ms. Terzian assists parents in creating or implementing a child-focused parenting plan by facilitating the resolution of disputes between parents often in the post judgment phase in high conflict cases.
